Ingredients

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 10g salt
  • 7g yeast
  • 350ml warm water
  • 50ml olive oil + extra for drizzling
  • Fresh rosemary

  1. In a bowl, mix 500g of all-purpose flour, 10g of salt, and 7g of yeast.
  2. Add 350ml of warm water and 50ml of olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
