Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant miso paste (about 30g)
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 1 tablespoon dried wakame seaweed (about 5g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (about 10g)

Instructions

  1. Boil water (about 300ml). Ensure it's hot, but not boiling too fiercely.
  2. In a cup, add one packet of miso paste.
  3. Pour the hot water into the cup with miso paste.
  4. Stir well until the miso paste is completely dissolved.
  5. Add the dried wakame seaweed to the soup.
  6. Chop green onions and sprinkle on top.
