  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into pieces
