  • 4 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or cherries)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare your campfire or charcoal grill to achieve an even, medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together 4 cups of fresh berries with 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside.
